Training clean room is a room, in which the quantity of impurities in air is reduced in accordance with demands. The device is self-standing, combined of two separate chambers with different level of air distribution. The purpose of the device is simulation of different processes in such environment, for purposes of educating employees in production of pharmaceutical products. Through these simulations, the employees meet turbulent and laminar air flow, gain their first experience of working in the clean room and working with RABS before they enter into the production process.

The device allows training in three different simulations: simulation of reduce regime, working regime and work with RABS. The employees meet turbulent and laminar air flow in working and in reduce regime. While simulating work with RABS, the wall for RABS simulation has to be mounted in the way that it separates the laminar chamber in the middle. Otherwise it is set by the wall. In both extreme positions it is fixed, using the integrated corks. Wall for RABS simulation has integrated glows for simulating work with RABS.

Desired regimes can be easily simulated using three control panels.

Technical characteristics:

  • Dismantling aluminium frame, aluminium ceiling and panel walls, acrylic glass wall;
  • Two separate chambers: first with turbulent air flow and second with laminar air flow;
  • Wall for RABS simulation hinge mounted to the rim of laminar chamber, with gloves integrated;
  • Three different simulations: simulation of reduce regime, working regime and work with RABS;
  • Flaps for controlling air outlet and pressure in the clean rooms;
  • Three control panels, integrated near the doors: main control panel for managing the entire training room and two separate inner control panels for managing each of the chamber;
  • Good illumination.
