Flange transducers
The advantage of flange transducers is that they do not take up space in the bath as they are attached to the outer side.
Related productsUltrasonic flange transducers are used in both small and large baths. Their main advantage is that they do not take up space in the bath as they are attached to the outer side. For ultrasonic flange transducers, piezoelectric transducers are bonded to a stainless steel mounting plate. The mounting plate is screwed onto the supporting flange with the mounting flange. Proper sealing is carried out between the mounting plate and mounting flange. The supporting flange is welded to the bath. The piezoelectric transducers are protected on the outer side by the protection screwed onto the supporting flange. Ultrasonic flange transducers can be installed on the wall or bottom of the bath. All components of the ultrasonic flange transducers are made of stainless steel, AISI 316L quality.
The flange transducers outputs can be 1000W, 1500W and 2000W.
The dimensions of the flange transducers themselves are arbitrary. For comparison, the following table lists the standard dimensions for 1000 W flange transducers.
