Immersible transducers
Immersible ultrasonic transducers are installed inside the baths, allowing a relatively easy implementation of the US inside existing baths.
Related productsImmersible ultrasonic transducers are made of stainless steel, with a thickness of 2 mm and of AISI 316L quality. Immersible ultrasonic transducers are manufactured in the form of a square with piezo laminated transducers. The effective output power of immersible ultrasonic transducer can be 1000 W, 1500 W, or 2000 W. The transducer operating frequency is approximately 30 kHz.
This technology has a number of advantages:
- Highest possible utilization
- Makes the installation of ultrasonic transducers inside existing baths simple
- Can withstand maximum loads without overloading
- Homogeneous distribution of ultrasonic energy over the entire surface of immersible ultrasonic transducers
- Long life without reducing the effect: approx. 12 000 h
- Provides better heat dissipation compared to other designs

In addition to the standard dimensions, Iskra PIO produces immersible ultrasonic transducers adjusted to the dimensions of the bath or the space available. Also, depending on the bath, the method of installation is determined in an arbitrary position.
Immersible ultrasonic transducers are hermetically welded. They are attached to the bath with stainless steel screws and sealed with a suitable gasket. They can be attached to the wall or to the bottom of the bath.
Immersible ultrasonic transducers can be installed in pre-existing washing tubs or in the Iskra PIO d. o. o. ultrasonic washing unit assembly. In the case of installation in existing baths, the immersible ultrasonic transducers are cable-connected to the ultrasonic generators, which are installed separately in the electrical cabinet up to the bath. The cable runs from the immersible ultrasonic transducer to the ultrasonic generator from the bath, either through a stainless steel tube or through a flexible stainless steel braided tube.
